Quality is awesome!

I did my first two orders two weeks ago with these guys! The first order the quality was awful, so I messaged and asked what I did wrong. They reached back out quickly and told me the dpi wasn't high enough. So, once I figured out how I had done it wrong, I uploaded again and they were perfect! The quality was some of the best I've used and so soft - not crinkly like other dtf's I've used. My only request is that if you see the quality is terrible, just give me a call. I drove an hour each way two times and spend an extra 20 for the bad sheet. Yes, I know I screwed up - but would have loved to have saved the trip!

Amazing Product & Impeccable Customer Service!!!

This review is long overdue. I normally don't like to write reviews, but for Jennifer and Twisted Image Transfers I will. I placed an order a few weeks back and I had issues getting them the correct formatted file needed for my order. Jennifer and her team were amazing and super patient with me. Once I finally got them the correct file, about 24 hours later I got my shipment email. If you ever have any questions, they will assist you any way they can. Also, the quality of their product is bar none. I purchased the largest UV DTF premade gang sheet they offer and man was it beautiful, perfect and just amazing. I will be tagging them on all my social media accounts showcasing their UV DTF transfers on my products. Lastly I will say their pricing is very comparable to the industry, you would be hard pressed to find someone at a cheaper price point. Mistake made but made it right.

ordered 3 10 ft. gang sheets 2 different designs plus a 5 foot. Upon cutting them all out discovered they did not send one of the 10 foot sheets. I notified them early that next morning and they replied. right back. They printed the missing and overnighted it to me. I was able to make a hare deadline and keep my customer and keep her happy!!!
