Twisted Image Transfers Return & Refund Policy

At Twisted Image Transfers, we are committed to delivering high-quality DTF, UV DTF, sublimation, embroidery, and die-cut sticker products. We take great care in ensuring that every order meets our strict quality standards. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds: We only accept returns and provide refunds if the issue is due to an error on our part, such as:

  • Overlapping designs
  • Printing errors or defects caused by our printers

If your order meets these criteria, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery of your order with clear photos of the issue and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a solution, which may include a reprint or a refund.  We will not begin a claim, refund, or re-ship without proof of the issue.

Customer Artwork Responsibility: Please note that we print your artwork exactly as it is uploaded to our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the artwork meets the required standards for printing. If the artwork provided is low quality, contains errors, or is otherwise unsuitable for printing, Twisted Image Transfers cannot be held accountable for the final product.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Incorrect or low-quality artwork submitted by the customer
  • Changes requested after the order has been placed and processed
  • Issues unrelated to printing defects or errors caused by us

By placing an order, you agree to our terms and understand that we are not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

  1. Email us at jennifer@twistedimagetransfers.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Include clear photos of the product showing the defect or error.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
